Where is the hotel?
Our hotel is located in Anacapri, in the highest part of the island of Capri. We are situated on the road which leads to the Grotta Azzurra (3kms). The historic center of Anacapri is a (leisurely) ten minute walk away.
Are there restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel?
Of course: the center of Anacapri, which has plenty of restuarants, pizzerias and shops, is just a ten minute walk away.
How can I get around once I'm at the hotel?
Whenever possible, we will accompany guests to the sea or to the Piazzetta with our shuttle service. When the shuttle is not available, you can use the local bus service instead: there's a bus stop 10 minute walk away from the hotel. Opposite the hotel entrance there's a bus stop from where you can catch buses to the Grotta Azzurra and the center of Anacapri.
How can I get to the hotel?
When you arrive at the port, you'll find our driver waiting to accompany you to Orsa Maggiore. Let us know the time you are scheduled to arrive a couple of hours in advance, so that we can arrange the pick-up service. The same service is available on the day of departure. Which rooms have sea views?
Deluxe and Deluxe Special rooms have views of the sea and the sunset. The other rooms face the pool or the garden. Whichever room you choose, you'll be able to enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and the sunset from the poolside solarium.
What in-room amenities do you have?
Bathroom courtesy kit, quality bed linen, beach towels. For long stays, we provide bathrobes and slippers too.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
All our rooms have air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
When can I check-in and when do I have to check-out?
You can check-in at the hotel from 15.00hrs. You will need to check-out by 12.00hrs. If you arrive earlier (or leave later) we will look after your luggage for you.


Do you provide room service?
Yes. Room service is available from 08.00 to 21.00. If you like, you can have breakfast in your room (charge applies).
What are your restaurant opening hours?
Our restaurant is open every day from 12.30 until 15.00. We serve simple Mediterranean cuisine and dishes typical of Capri: pasta, ravioli, salads etc.
Can I have a cooked breakfast?
On request we will prepare eggs and other hot breakfast dishes (charge applies).
When is the shuttle service available?
The shuttle service is guaranteed on arrival and departure, from 9.30 to 20.00. If the car is available, you will be able to use the service during your stay too.
Do you have a snack bar?
During the day, we will be pleased to prepare sandwiches, salads and other snacks.
